How long will my hair extensions last?

Depending on the type of hair extensions you choose, and as long as you take care of them, your new look can last anywhere from six to 12 weeks. But we do recommend that you come in for maintenance on your weft hair extensions every five to six weeks.

Can I wash and style my weft hair extensions like normal?

Since your weft hair extensions are sewn into your natural hair and are natural human hair, you should simply wash them the same way you wash your natural hair. You should, of course, always treat them cautiously and sensitively in order to prevent any extension loss and keep your hair looking its best for longer. You should also use sulphate-free shampoo since this could lead to dryness and split ends. You should also always use conditioner on your extensions.

How long will I need to come in for maintenance on my hair extensions?

For your weft hair extensions, we recommend you come into the salon for maintenance every five or six weeks. This will help keep them in the best condition and keep your own natural hair and scalp healthy as well.
